I am a thirty-year-old Colorado girl with a love for champagne + coffee + conversation! You will see this reflected in my blog posts, as I love brunching at Denver restaurants with an iced coffee & OJ free mimosa.

I am mostly a fly by the seat of my pants kind of girl and wanted to create a space to share my interests and experiences.  With a balance of silliness + seriousness, H KAY features my personal faves including Denver spots + recipes + cocktails + ootds + travel + more!
